So you want to be an e219 leader?

I’m sure many want to be leaders but have found the process hard to understand since they are not yet on the inside or I’m not always accessible to everyone. As small as e219 might seem, IT TAKES UP A LOT OF TIME, but this is for those of you who are interested and haven’t found the way in yet…

2. Then i’ll tell you, “start coming to my class in Sunday School”, this is your first FAT test
3. Find your place in a squad fireteam or other form of service or just start loving on the students
4. Your leadership is based on how FAT you are… your time in church, bible knowledge and other stuff like that are not so important as much as your being Faithful, Available and Teachable
5. If you are younger the “A” might be a problem since you don’t drive and you have to depend on your parent, but begin to serve either way…. that’s how i started; just helping out with no idea about what i was doing it for!
