e219 Worship Nights

PURPOSE ::

• A large part of e219 worship is to connect with young people. Many young people who come to or church are not part of small groups (all 3 of them…lol) and they need to be fed. Jesus focused on a few but it wasn’t at the expense of the crowds.
• Secondly, e219 worship is an opportunity to meet new people and as more students grow in Christ to be small group leaders, e219 Worship will be one of the pools where they can fish for men (and women) to lead to Christ & disciple.
• Thirdly, e219 worship is an opportunity to invite small and growing churches and empower and show that size of ministry is irrelevant when the size of our heart is great, we are willing to work for the vision and our view of God is greater than all the setbacks we place on ourselves.
• Finally, e219 is a training seminar in action. It’s an opportunity to give students ministry burden and experience so that they can be stretched in different areas of their walk and their skills/abilities.

GOALS ::

• We hope that at every youth service, no matter how big or small, that there is no cheese offered to our students and their invites. In other words, that they now that good quality spiritual food will be served up.
• We hope that our ministry team improve in their organization, skill level, diversity and quality of service.
• We hope to serve more and more students as time passes by.

STRATEGY ::

• Meet and organize teams a couple of weeks ahead of the service
• Keep each team leader accountable and really set things in motion until they can work on their own
  • you do they watch
  • you do they help
  • they do you help
  • they do you watch
  • they do someone else watches
• Get stuff done early so we don’t have to rush. Arriving relaxed and unburdened on the day of the gathering is a HUGE part of success.
• Pray, pray and then pray some more… Solo and as a group.
