• Above all :: Pillars and Parents
  • we don’t do stuff for no reason or just for tradition… it all serves a purpose
  • we where NOT called to “convert” people into our “religion” but to make disciples
  • it is important to build teams for the sake of doing ministries
  • we don’t fill positions with people who are able to do them but with people who are called to those positions
  • it is important to dream and seek GODS vision before starting any project or mission
  • NO vision, NO team, No takeoff
  • in all things strive for excellence
  • serve all but double invest in FAT students
  • we want all our students to be servant leaders
  • all disciples should show that they are growing and maturing from new born to children to young fighters to spiritual parents
  • We can only grow in proportion to our leadership
  • If you want to convert people to your religion, your work is done… but if you want to lead the way to falling in love with God… there’s a price to pay
  • We all need a Paul, a Timothy and a Barnabas in our lives and we need to be one or the other for others
  • Keep it real – The bitter truth is sweeter than the sweetest lie
  • A leader is a disciple and a disciple maker no matter the strength of his G.R.I.P. (see “e219 dictionary”)
  • Discipleship, transformation and “the perfecting of your faith” happens in the circle of Paul’s, Timothy’s and Barnabas’ (“”Rules Without Relationship Leads To Rebellion”)

I agree with most of this declaration except the last part. “Rules without relationship, leads to rebellion” does it have a biblical base?, it sounds more like an excuse to me.

I think relationships are fundamental in discipleship, but you must follow rules either you have a relationship or not with authority. ex. you stop when a police ask you to do it, even when you don even know his name, He is the authority.
