e219: Refers to Ephesians 2:19, our banner verse

FAT: Refers to people who are Faithful, Available and Teachable, the core characteristics of a good disciple – This is our benchmark for leaders and the hearts of disciples

Fireteam: The leadership teams that run and do the work or teaching, discipling and organizing squad meetings

GRIP: Refers to Gifts, Resource, Individual Experiences and Passions; what God has given you to serve others,learn from and teach from

HooRaahh: Is a term of affirmation or agreement >>> This is equal to saying “amen to that”

Squads: This is the e219 name for a “small group” or a “cell group”

Tribe: A tribe is a union of 4 squads, basically used to organize events and allocate resources
