Discipleship is effective around real and sincere relationships (aka… fellowship) Here are some ideas for you to use to make these relationships flourish and grow!

  • Buy a keg of ice cream, go to one of your kid’s house, share the ice cream with the family, hang out with them and then, help them to get into the WORD. Let him know that you care about his family adn show generosity
  • Hang out around a great snack shop (Sonics, DQ, Raspa bars, Starbucks, etc.) and then get into the WORD and let them know that it’s ok to get into the Word in public and also that he’s worthy your time and money
  • buy sandwich stuff, gather your squad around a table, begin to pass out the stuff and have everyone make a sandwich. Tell them it’s for the person next to them. Some have skills and some don’t. The lesson… we shouldn’t favor each other for our strengths or despise each other for our weaknesses. We are called to be our brothers keeper
  • Buy the book “Ice-Breakers and Heart Warmers” for more ideas

If ya’ll have some great ideas… let me know. Add a comment below and be creative. Improvise the given ideas

bring it on bro. The Church of Christ can use all the help, creativity, enthusiasm, vision, knowledge and hep it can get. There is no place for pride, ego’s and titles here. I may be the youth pastor but we’re all in this together regardless of all these things!

You are a blessing to my life bro. Keep pressing on!
